Featured Profiles Terms

Who we are: Noticed Sites (noticedsites.com) is operated by Noticed Sites ("we", "us", "our").

These terms apply when you buy a featured listing in the Noticed directory. They form part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. What you get

A featured listing shows your profile in a labelled "Featured · Paid listing" area of relevant directory pages (by country and service). It's rotated with other featured listings, and includes an enhanced listing card, a contact button and listing statistics.

Placement isn't guaranteed in any particular position or on any particular page.

2. What you don't get

A featured listing never affects votes, vote weights, scores, awards, rankings, nominee order or gallery order. Featured status isn't shown in the scoring tools, award pages or rankings. We test our systems to make sure this stays true.

3. Prices and billing

Featured Designer (individual) £19 per month, or £190 per year
Featured Studio (organisation) £49 per month, or £490 per year
  • No VAT is charged.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
  • We'll remind you before each renewal (yearly plans: at least 14 days before; monthly plans: as required by law).
  • For organisations, only owners and admins can buy or manage the subscription.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel at any time online in your dashboard (Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and the listing stays featured until then.
  • Payments already made are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we've made a billing error.
  • Consumers (14-day cooling-off): if you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel. When you subscribe, you can ask us to start your featured listing immediately. If you do, and then cancel within 14 days, we may keep a proportionate amount for the days the listing was live.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry for up to 7 days. After that, your listing returns to a standard (free) listing.

6. Listing content

Listing content must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, be accurate, and must not make misleading claims (for example, awards you haven't won). Paid links are marked as sponsored. We may edit, suspend or remove a listing that breaks these terms. If we remove one for a serious breach, no refund is due. If we end the featured service for reasons that aren't your fault, we'll refund any unused prepaid period pro rata.

7. Changes to prices

We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change. It applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
